Climbing up Snt Paul's hill *with video*

at 2am in the morning, on the last day of the hungry ghost festival. I THINK? duno la...but it was still the hungry ghost festival. well, that was after my performance at renaissance that went, quite well despite the fact that we were performing for a company dinner consisting of a bunch of OLD+RICH people from United Malacca.

With that, our first performance at 8pm went like this.

DANCE DANCE....no one clapped

DANCE ENDED....no one clapped

AHAHAH!!! damn sampat la....we were smilling our butts of smr at the ending. LOL! right after that my brother whispered, "I hate performing for this type of crowd" XD. Then we smiled and took our bow. Only then did a few civilised ppl clapped for us. I kept laughing back stage after that. While waiting for our second performance at 10pm (the same perf as the moonwalk night one), i played Virtual Tennis on puchyto's PSP..hehe..FuN..then we changed and got ready for our second performance.

Our second performance at 10pm went like this

DANCE DANCE.... a few of the old n rich people were bobbing their heads to our song. Especially at the "Itsy Bitsy Spider" part. Reminds them of their childhood i suppose?

DANCE ENDED.....no one clapped until after a few seconds.

SO i guess that's not too bad la.... ^^

After our perf, we freestyled while the crowd was leaving the hall. THEN!! this was where i found out that the vase of roses in the middle of the hall are all REAL....REAL!!! so i decided to pick one or two...suddenly, a random guy (in his late 20s / early 30s i think) offered to pick some for me. i said "no thanks.. *smile smile*" haha! When he saw me taking all the bloomed ones, he asked me this,

" No one has ever given you flowers, am i right?"

and i answered

"ya."

(Actually, now that i thought of it, GOT LAR~ last time after performances, i would get one from friends. But i duno if those are roses.)

Then he tought me to pick the ones which are still closed. With that, i can go home and c it bloom after a few days ^^ LOL! so shy~~

The roses i picked made it back home safely.

After that, Tai Heng suggested to go have Satay Celup as he claims the Fun Fair to be a waste of money.. HMPH! =p and so we ate, i ate 16 sticks. SO PROUD OF MYSELF! *pats myself on the head*

Then, we somehow decided to climb up St Paul's hill to have a picnic.. O.O i noe..it was already 2am...i did not say No this time cuz i wasn't that tired and majority wins. SO... OFF WE GO!!

a stop at 7-11 to get our junk..THEN off we go to Snt Paul's hill. It was most definitely scary climbing up at night with each step bringing u nearer to the fort that seems to be painted with black & black only. However, once we got up there, TH suggested that we dun be afraid of the fort and just enter. WE DID. and to our surprise, it is not as dark as it seems from the outside cuz there was no roof. Thus, light from the outside can shine into the fort... No doubt there were a few attempts to scare me but it did not work.. ^^ *pats myself on my head again*

After that, we picnicked beside the statue of......... I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT'S CALLED. we sat there and ate our junk whilst some started to talk bout the movie shutter and also a few other ghost stories.. T_T i was damn scared noe...felt as if there was sum kind of aura behind me ni... But i got over it after awhile as our topic of discussion changed to NS and puchyto wud do some dancing from time to time. He's damn random i tell you.AND yes, national service..*dun remind me la*...ish...haha my brother was the first who layed down on the floor to take a nap as it was raelly breezy up there. Followed by Meng and I. At one point, all of us were resting on the floor, underneath the stars (got only like, 2 stars? until about 4am+, more stars started to show). Me and Puchy went to the toilet at DP at about 4..haha i forced him to cuz i was sending songs to him via bluetooth. We intended to scare the rest of them up there...but on our way up, Puchy claims that we were spotted by STANLEY. the truth was that he did not c us.. -.-

wasted our effort ni.. crawling and creeping up the steps ..haha WE left the place at about 4.30 am...Head home and rest...Was tired as hell after that.but hey, it was worth the experience^^
